Questions parents ask
Does my child need to be able to read?
No. Echo asks tonight's question out loud, in a warm voice, and your child just answers. Nothing on screen needs reading — it works from about age two or three, whenever they start telling you things.
What does Grandma need to install?
Nothing. She gets an email every Sunday with one button in it. It plays in the browser she already has. No app, no account, no password.
What happens on a quiet week?
Life happens — some weeks have three stories, some have none. A quiet week still sends a lovely little episode, drawing on a favourite moment. There are no streaks, no guilt, and nothing ever scolds you for missing a night.
Who can hear my child's recordings?
Only people you explicitly invite, each by email. You can remove a listener — or delete everything — whenever you like.
Where is the audio stored?
On EU servers, encrypted, under GDPR. Your child's voice is never used to train AI models and never shown to advertisers — there are none.
